Jye Mammone

Jye has been involved in all aspects of construction for over 25 years. The knowledge and problem-solving skills that Jye brings to Canberra Build are an asset to our clients.

From Humble beginnings obtaining his trade as a carpenter working on period style homes and detailed renovations, Jye then undertook further studies and went on to managing some of the largest building projects of the era.

Having worked for the biggest builder in the world Lend Lease, Jye worked and managed some of the largest pinnacle works in Australia. Bringing vast expertise in hands on construction works, project management quality and WHS management. Jye has worked with a number of tier one Building Companies including Baulderstone Hornibrook, working on some of the biggest hospital projects and multi storey high rise buildings. During this time Jye organised and ran numerous $750 plus million-dollar projects utilising project teams of up to 130 staff.

With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry, Jye is able to competently manage any number of staff and is an excellent communicator. Effectively carrying out project WHS and quality assurance for all sites, Jye is able to ensure staff and subcontractors understand company policies, work practices and commitment to staff and Clients at all times.

Having exceptional facilitation skills, Jye is able to liaise with Clients and staff alike, and articulate concerns and expectations to the various interested parties. Client reporting is a priority to Jye, ensuring that all facets of the project are updated regularly to our client or representative. Jye also prioritises the men and women that form the team to deliver our projects.

Jye actively participates in assisting those in the community who require assistance by being part of a ‘Not for Profit Organisation' that raises money for disadvantaged children and families. Jye also has trained and guided young apprentices from troubled backgrounds, shaping them to be part of the community again.
